CyberSoft is the first - and so far, the only - major nutrition software maker to offer a royalty-free Client Intake Module. The Client Intake Module allows you to customize this software, then burn CD's for your clients to take home with them or to put it on your web site for your clients to download. They install the CIM software, record their own food intakes, then click a button to email you the results. Here's an overview of how it works:

You open NutriBase Clinical, insert a blank CD-ROM into your CD Writer, and click a button to burn a CD ROM. "Burning" a CD-ROM means copying some program files - in this case the Client Intake Module and your return email address - onto a recordable CD. You can include your return email address when you burn the CD.

Put your own customized label on the CD (that includes your name, address, phone number, web address, etc.), then give the CD to a client.

You can also embed your own return email address and include a custom splash screen and customize the software caption (title)... make it look like private-labelled software.

Your client takes the CD home and installs it on her computer. She records her own food intake for any number of days.

The Client Intake Module provides your client with basic nutrient information for 37,000+ food items. If desired, your client can add food items to the Intake Module that don't already exist in the database.

Clients cannot generate or print any reports with the Intake Module - that's your job. The Intake Module never expires. You can use it royalty-free. Your clients can click a button to uninstall the software from their PC when they are finished.

The CD's are reusable. Just give the CD to another client.

After the client finishes her intake, she can click a button to save the results to say, a flash drive that she can bring to you (along with the reusable CD). If she prefers, she can simply click a button to send you the results as an email attachment. (You included your return email address when you burned the CD.)

That's it. The Client Intake Module is a simple method that can save you an hour or two for each of dozens or hundreds of clients per month. Since the in-depth analysis takes only a few seconds, this new capability can help you handle far more work than was single-handedly possible before NutriBase.
