NutriBase reports are Internet ready. That is, you can save any report you generate in NutriBase (Professional and higher editions) as a text file (to use in the body of an email message), as a word processor file (to deliver as an attachment to your email message), or as a web page (to post on your web site for your customer - who you email the URL to - can access at their convenience. As more and more health professionals set up shop on the Web, it becomes more and more important to have the ability not only to generate reports quickly - but to deliver them quickly as well. Initial Assessment Report - This is a highly customizable report (Professional and higher editions) that you can produce for all new clients. This multi-page report looks like you gave up your evening to produce, yet it requires only a few mouse-clicks. Initial Assessment Reports can include up to 150 things that NutriBase "knows" about your client... you can place this information anywhere in the report you wish and as many times as you wish. This feature is useful to dietetic and fitness professionals serving clients for health clubs, weight-control centers, and other applications involving large numbers of clients. The NutriBase Analyze Program can produce a wide variety (millions, actually) of unique custom reports for you. The Analyze Program can provide in-depth, custom Intake analyses, Recipe analyses, and Meal Plan analyses. NutriBase Clinical can even produce highly-customizable macro-driven assessment reports. For the more common types of reports, NutriBase generates a variety of pre-configured reports for your clients. NutriBase generates these quick and convenient reports with the click of the Report Button (or the Compose Button). They include: Basic Intake Analysis Report - Access this report from the Intake Recorder Icon. This report provides a quick overview of the basic nutrients. For an in-depth analysis, use the NutriBase Analyze program. Basic Recipe Report - Access this report from the Recipe Manager dialog box. This report provides a quick overview of the basic nutrients. For an in-depth analysis, use the NutriBase Analyze program. Calorie Expenditures - Access this custom (client-specific) report by clicking on the Fitness Manager Icon, then clicking the Report Button. This report shows how many calories the selected client will expend in performing any of 70+ exercises. The calorie expenditures are based on the active client's body weight. Body Chemistry Report - Access this report from the Info Tracker Icon. This report provides information regarding your client's body chemistry information (white blood cell count, uric acid, etc.) Client-Specific Report - This option, accessible from the Client Setups Icon, lets you produce a client report containing personal information, nutrient and exercise goals, estimated calorie requirements, etc. Compact Recipe Report - Access this report from the Recipe Manager dialog box. This report provides a quick "recipe card" report that omits the nutrient overview. This compact report is suitable for use in preparing a recipes. For the same report with basic nutrient information, select the Basic Recipe Report. For an in-depth analysis of a recipe, use the NutriBase Analyze program.
Compose an Intake - Produce this report by viewing a client's intake, then clicking on the Compose Button. This report sorts the food items in the intake from high-to-low or low-to-high based on how much of a selected nutrient it contains. The report not only puts the food items in sorted order, it shows you how much of that nutrient it contains and what percentage of the intake total it contains. This lets you know where all that cholesterol, fat, or any other nutrient is coming from in your client's intake.
Compose a Recipe - Produce this report by selecting a recipe, then clicking on the Compose Button. This report sorts the food items in the selected recipe from high-to-low or low-to-high based on how much of a selected nutrient it contains. The report not only puts the food items in sorted order, it shows you how much of that nutrient it contains and what percentage of the recipe total it contains. This lets you know where all that sodium or fat is coming from in your recipe.
Exercise History Report - Access this report by clicking on the Frequent Activity List Report - Access this report by clicking on the Fitness Manager Icon, then clicking the Report Button. This report shows a listing of the Frequent Exercises you have stored in NutriBase. Infrequent Exercise Report - Access this by clicking on the Fitness Manager Icon, then clicking the Infrequent Button. This report produces a listing of the Infrequent Exercises and their associated information. Intake Composition Report - You can access this report by clicking on the Intake Recorder Icon. It provides an analysis for a client's intake and includes basic nutrient information for the entire day's intake, plus every individual meal and snack. For in-depth analysis of a client's intake, use the NutriBase Analysis Program. Meal Plan Summary - This option lets you provide a hard copy "road map" for a client to use to determine her food choices for the next four weeks. It summarizes the Meal Plan and organizes all foods to be eaten by meal or snack. You have several options when you create the report: Use a checklist format (so client can check off foods as eaten). Include comment field after each meal (so client can write in any deviations for that particular meal.) Add dates to the top of each new day of the report. Add page breaks after each day (handy for client who will carry the summary with them and for posting on bulletin boards). You can use the NutriBase Analyze Program to generate far more detailed analyses of Meal Plans. Measurements Report - Access this report from the Info Tracker Icon. This report provides information regarding your client's measurements (waist, blood pressure, resting heart rate, thigh, etc.) Miscellaneous Report - Access this report from the Info Tracker Icon. This report provides information regarding your client's miscellaneous information (alcohol, cigarettes, ovulation, periods, etc.) Non-Client-Specific Report - Access these reports by clicking on the Client Setups Icon. Personal Food Item Listing - Access this report from the Personal Food Item dialog box. This is a simple listing of the PFI you have on hand. Personal Food Item Report - Get to this report by clicking on the PFI Icon. This report provides a nutrient analysis of the selected PFI. Recipe Listing Report - Access this report from the Recipe Manager dialog box. This is a simple listing of the recipes you have on hand. Single Food Item Report - Whenever nutrient data is displayed to the screen in spreadsheet format, highlight the food item of interest (by right-mouse-clicking on its food name), then click on either the Normal Button or All Button. Both of these single-food item views have a Report Button that will produce a formatted report for either display presentation. Weight History Report - Access this report from the Info Tracker Icon. It provides you with a formatted weight and body history report for your client. NutriBase is capable of producing reports containing far more detail than these sample Web-page formatted reports. To create custom reports containing just the information you wish to include, use the NutriBase Analyze program. The Analyze program can produce detailed reports that are literally hundreds of pages long if you wish. Use the NutriBase Analyze Program to generate custom Intake analyses, Recipe analyses, and Meal Plan analyses. |
