| This Client Setups Tool Bar provides a number of options. Clicking the down arrow of the Client Folder Selection List (the drop-down list on the left) lets you select a client listed in the folder indicated in the Client Folder Selection List (on the right). Clicking the down arrow of the Client Folder Selection List (the drop-down list on the right) lets you select which client folder you are using. Both lists are alphabetized and you can have up to 26 Client Folders. Client Folders let you organize your clients by special needs (Diabetic, Weight Loss, Low Cholesterol, etc.), by class of clients (elderly, infant, morbidly obese, etc.), or by source of customer (Ballys, Mountainside Gym, Weight Loss Central, etc.). Clicking the folder icon to the right of this alphabetical drop-down list lets you add folders, rename folders, delete folders, and move clients from folder to folder. |
