The Meal Manager helps you create and organize meals... the basic building blocks for Meal Plans. Organize your meals into a tabbed notebook, then organize your tabbed notebook into one of up to 26 meal folders. A Meal may consist of selected subcomponents such as a recipe ("chicken pita sandwich"), a salad, and a beverage. The hierarchy goes like this: food items and personal food items (items you have added to the database) can be combined to form recipes. Recipes can be combined with food items and personal food items to form "meals." And finally, meals can be combined to form Meal Plans.
