Search the NutriBase Help Files.
To create a Workout, click the Exercise Tab, then the Workouts button.

Click the New Workouts button, then drag the individual exercises from the Frequent, THRZ (Target Heart Rate Training), Monitored (calorie data provided to you from workout machines and devices) and Infrequent lists into the workout list on the right side of the window.

The Save button saves your workout for you... don't forget to give your workout a name.
