Click the NutriBase Menu Icon to access your NutriBase options.

From here, you can:

1. EULA - Read your End User License Agreement
   
2. Recycle Bin - Go to the NutriBase Recycle Bin to recover PFI's, Recipe, Meals, and Meal Plans that you deleted
   
3. Backup - Backup all your NutriBase Data (client information, Food Logs, Recipes, Meals, etc.)
   
4. Restore - Restore all your NutriBase Data (client information, Food Logs, Recipes, Meals, etc.) from a NutriBase Backup File
   
5. Client Import - Import Client data (see Help Topic about this feature)
   
6. Cost Database - Enter your food cost data in the fastest way possible
   
7. Registration - View your Registration status
   
8. Options - THis button will take you to a window where you can view and adjust a variety of NutriBase settings
