A Tracker Meal is a collection of food items that represents a meal you can add to your Food Log whenever you eat it.

A Tracker Meal will also save your medicine (i.e., insulin dosage) for you if desired.

The purpose of a Tracker Meal is to remember a set of foods you that you eat as a meal frequently so you don't have to look up the individual foods every time you eat the combination.

To create a Meal, tap your Edit Tab, tap Meals, then tap Create.

To edit an existing Meal, tap your Edit Tab, tap Meals, then select a Meal to edit.

To add your medicine dosage you plan to take with this meal, tap the Meds button and enter your information. This data will be saved with the Meal. It will be displayed when you view your existing Meals.

Two hours after you eat this Meal, you should check your blood glucose levels and adjust your medication as required so that your med data is more accurate the next time you eat this Meal.

Over time, you will be able to build a library of Meals that you can eat without the need to re-estimate your medication dosage.

Tracker Recipes can also store your meds information for you.
